Hola, I am in my 20s. A city gal (yes Singapore is a city) who cannot get enough of green mountains with snow caps, postcard-blue skies with cotton candy clouds, green fields of extended breadth for sheep to munch on (I spotted more sheep than cows or horses), little small grasses and daisy-like flowers by the wooden sheds that look like farm houses, trains and train tracks (in fact I am obssessed with train rides ever since the first). Basically think Garmisch-Partenkirchen. I love to cycle in its breeze along a straight path (I dont read map and it's a bad idea to be lost in a foreign land), take in the nature and (more than) occasionally stop for a photo or two.
However, mostly the only time that I am even close to nature is my thrice a week swim session. I work in an office, mostly with my back against the window view, and gets more fluorescent lights than natural sunshine. Occasionally I sit by the man-made fountain eating french bague pretending to be in a pinic by the waterfall.
What do I like?
* Rainbow colours
* Swimming/running
* Music. Currently its Mary Jane by The Click Five, Evan's or Jay's but it changes all the time.
A weird combination of everything I like is fine.
This design photo blog
Mainly this shall be an answer to my desire to have a online record of my designs.
My creations include:
* paper art, such as cards and postcards
* lifestyle art, such as plant decors, designed door knobs, personalised calendars, keychains
* sketches, photography and any form of writing.
But we don't live in fairy tales. So when I do not have enough time to come up with new creations, run dry of design inspiration, or simply gone and back from a holiday, this shall also be a photo blog. In any case, a photo is also a piece of my creation.
And who says a design photo blog is only about photos. Art shall not be just a piece of inspiration in the visual sense but it shall go beyond the face value and have a take of life.
